Dr. Jimmy Chan is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon! He helped address my hip injury with a lot of compassion and absolute clarity. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed, leaving me highly confident in his clinical skills. The office staff at White Plains Hospital was also incredibly well-organized.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Chan. From our very first visit, it was clear that he truly puts his patients first. He is thoughtful, patient, and genuinely caring—never rushing appointments and always taking the time to listen carefully to concerns. What stands out most is his integrity. Had a great experience here, all the staff are super helpful and courteous. They were able to pull same day xrays from Lenox Hill immediately. Dr. Chan was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Highly recommend
