Dr Jacob's is a nice doctor who explains different outcomes and Michelle the lady running the place helps any way possible. They do have 1 rude Dr working there but thankfully won't and don't have to see him.
The past 3 times I've been here they it has took over 3 hours my appointment was at 10..00 it's now 1.30 still have not even talk to there dr. Or anyone so this is not a 1 time thing every week is like this . So better call in work and be prepared to sit in a waiting room over 3 hours and I won't be staying here much longer bc I can't get to work on time and now my job is on the line and there not short on employees they have no excuse for taking this long so im looking for another dr. Dr Jacob's is very helpful and acts as she cares for her patients. The other Dr is in the wrong profession he is very rude.
They have helped me from day one and are still helping me
So I've been going to this place a few years now and normally no problems. This month go up there no problem paying 250 dollars the problem comes the doctor not calling my script in so now I am sick and going thru withdraw. Way 2 go way 2 look after your patients.
