This crew is the best! I had need to get my furnace completely replaced in my business. I also wanted to add Air Conditioning, and I wanted to move the furnace to a less conspicuous place (under the stairs). A called and had four bids to accomplish this job. Restano not only won the bid, they completely replaced the duct work, added a brand new electrical line for the AC and furnace, installed a brand new state of the art thermostat, and completely cleaned up everything when they were finished. Stay AWAY from these guys! I had a pipe burst on Friday with the intense cold, and as a result, water all over the place - had to turn off the water main. My insurance agency recommended Restano and when I called they were closed/busy and I got transferred to their answering service (on a Friday afternoon). I must have called at least 4-5 times and while the answering service was extremely nice and assured me that a technician would contact me soon, nobody ever called back. Mike and his gang are the best. He's honest, prices his service fair, and they show up when they say they will show up. I should have them on retainer!

I have a Carrier heat pump/AC unit that was installed in 2013. So far the unit quit in the freezing of winter and in the heat of summer. Both times I called Restano and the service was terrible! In fact, some of the worst people I have ever dealt with. My recent experience was by far the worst.. My unit quit working. I called and was told someone would be out the same day.
