I booked an appointment for a furnace cleaning. A technician by the name of Rich came to service my furnace. He was personable and polite, calling before coming, introducing himself and identifying his company. He was careful of my carpet, and went to the basement to begin the cleaning. After assessing the furnace he thought a new water pump would be necessary, but found he could repair the existing one which he did, saving me over $300 dollars. Late last summer my 20+ year old A/C condenser coil began freezing up. Then in Winter my furnace, which was just as old, began making strange noises. So in the Spring, I called 4-5 local cooling & heating companies to get estimates for repairs and/or replacement. In the process of finishing our basement we needed to come up with a heating solution for this space. Mike Restano came over and evaluated our current heating system and suggested a few solutions. He was very open and honest when we discussed what would be the most economical solution. We had an issue with a stripped shower screw that left us with the shower turned on full blast unless we had the water turned off for the whole house. We had tried other companies, and had been promised a service window and been cancelled, etc. We called Restano and Austin was at our house within an hour, fixed the problem, and gave us a very reasonable price. They installed whole house AC; technicians were respectful, polite, cleaned up each day, showed up when they said they would; and did a fantastic job. I've used them for heating and AC issues before and they always did a good job. I highly recommend Restano's for all your plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

Both times the work was done promptly and any minor issues were resolved quickly. Called these guys for service, I knew there was a lot wrong with the old unit, they replaced it with a brand new unit the very next day in less than 5 hours...
