I spoke to a phone representative who verified the price of my equipment before my appointment. When I arrived, I was told the price was significantly higher. I left without a machine and won’t be retuning. I took my business elsewhere.

Not very knowledgeable about how to pick the right mask and machine. It felt like they just want to get the insurance money and move on. Not helpful when the the mask leaked.

Quite possibly the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. No one can make a decision. No one can figure out a problem. It took me 5 months to get a C-Pap resupply order filled after SIX calls where the staff was zero help. "Let me message my boss" was the answer I received every single time. I never write reviews and give folks the benefit of the doubt - but this beats all I have ever seen.

Very deceitful business practices. Told me that my insurance approved me for 100% coverage with no out-of-pocket. When I got there, after the presentation of the most expensive machine there, they told me I had to pay $38 per month. Bait and switch. Don't think so!
