Went in for a mask frame and nasal pillow replacement and they said they couldn’t sell anything unless you have a prescription within 1 year. Refused to sell me anything. Lady was not particularly rude just not helpful and acted like i was taking her away from important things. Never going there again.
This company has the worst customer service. I re-ordered supplies through them for my CPAP machine. It never came. Called 2 weeks later to see where it was and it was never ordered. Ordered again. 5 phone calls to tell me it was ordered and to confirm the machine I have. Received the order and it does not fit machine. Totally incompetent business. Beware.

I spoke to a phone representative who verified the price of my equipment before my appointment. When I arrived, I was told the price was significantly higher. I left without a machine and won’t be retuning. I took my business elsewhere.
