I was told that my o2 concentrator would be paid off in May. I was told this twice. Well May rolled around and my account continued to be debited. When I called customer service I was informed that I will never pay off my device. I will pay till I die. If you deal with this company make sure to read your agreement because they will outright lie to you. This is a very disreputable business.
Not only are they incompetent, the lady at the front desk in Homewood, AL was rude and dismissive. I will never do business with these jerks again
Went in for a mask frame and nasal pillow replacement and they said they couldn’t sell anything unless you have a prescription within 1 year. Refused to sell me anything. Lady was not particularly rude just not helpful and acted like i was taking her away from important things. Never going there again.
