Just finished up a 4 year lease through Resolute Property Management. I was very pleased with everything through the 4 year stay in our house. All issues were promptly given attention. Email notifications were regularly sent to follow up and to also give any info needed. The app is user friendly to pay the rent and request any maintenance issues. Resolute is the best property management company I have ever worked with. When you read these reviews, ask yourself: 1) is this a client/landlord writing this, or 2) is this a disgruntled former tenant trying to smear the company? Response to Carmella Sanders: Carmella, The water event that took place was evaluated by a professional plumber that came out after you had cleaned up the water which inhibited his ability to see where it was coming from initially. He flushed and ran water for a very long time to try to recreate the event and could not do so. You did file this through your tenant insurance as a result and YOUR insurance agent also agreed they had to follow the professional opinion of the plumber, which we have in writing stating the floodin... read more

Unprofessional and dismissive! Do not Rent from this company. Brittany the "office assistant" was extremely condescending and dismissive when speaking to me about the needed repairs that had gone unaddressed in my home. She insisted that since I had to reply to an email even though I had spoken with a representative via phone in regards to the email. Then She hung up on me. RESPONSE TO Garie W.: This review is replete with inaccuracies. The November water issue was a water heater that failed in the unit above this tenant's unit. That was handled and squared away. The second referenced water issue in January is resulting from the condo above as well but a different issue. This water issue origin is at the deck/siding/flashing. I've had water leaking from my roof into my kitchen, laundry room, and hallway for over 2 months now, and now the flooring is wet and moldy..still begging them to fix it. First complaint was 11/1/2019 for water leaking into the hallway. That was finally fixed at the end of November. Next complaint on 1/4/2020 that the ceiling in the kitchen and laundry room burst open flowing water all over. It's still raining in our kitchen and laundry room...22 days later.
