Second project in with Residential Space and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good architect. Planning and permit process is usually very stressful and having someone guide you through it and advise you is great. You need to come with some ideas of what you want and be prepared to review the work and designs to get the best outcomes.
2 lockdowns, a prolonged start date due to external reasons and a very tricky and extensive refurbishment of a period apartment - I could not be happier with the results. Above and beyond my expectations, Residential Space hit the brief and more. We were very happy from the beginning to the end in every aspect. Sam and Anna were always on call to answer queries when needed. They both had amazing ideas on the design and also in choosing the fittings. Anna and Sam always sent through ideas and photos and as we had no clear picture they were a huge help. I know we had an interior designer but Anna helped with so many choices too. Everyone was just so lovely to deal with and our home is beautiful thanks to you all.
