Today I had to check in to the courtyard Marriott in Jacksonville fl and Terrance assisted me effortlessly in making sure that I was taken care of I have never experienced such great customer service from any representative Terrance went so far to calling the hotel to make sure I got in with no issue Anytime from now on when I know any person that's looking for a great hotel in Chattanooga I am referring them to Terrance at the "award winning TownePlace Suites by Marriott" stellar Job Terrance
I also had a great experience with Terrance. He did everything he could to make our experience great.Thanks!

Friendly staff very clean rooms and a free breakfast in the morning can't ask for anything better than that.
