As a mom of a active duty navy sailor I am disappointed to find out that another active duty navy sailor was driving back to base after the holiday booked this hotel online and was refused a Room because he was under 21 and they were unable to refund his money the sailor ended up sleeping in his car in the rain.

The staff here are so amazing,very friendly,professional,and helpful.I highly recommend anyone to stay here.Excellent location, convenient to Hamilton Place Mall and restaurants,it has a fabulous fire pit which I loved and enjoyed,clean rooms,washer and dryers,everything you need is here and pet friendly.
