Arrived early for a late morning appointment for x-rays and cleaning (traffic sucks downtown sometimes). Was taken early, pictures taken and ushered upstairs for cleaning, also early. Cleaning was accomplished with minimal fuss in a timely manner. Appreciative of the care given due to fears of anything dental (not good experiences in childhood).
I have been visiting Palo Alto Dental at least twice per year for almost 50 years. I have always been happy with the service I have received and the people I have met.

My visits for dental work with either Dr. Keller or Stela my Hygienist are alway first class. They both are excellent professionals and also very personable. I've been going to the Dental Group for many years. The front desk staff is always helpful.
PA Dental Group is one of our earliest and luckiest discoveries upon moving here 24 years ago. Dr. Kono and his entire staff couldn't be any friendlier or more professional. They go out of their way to accommodate every type of visit. We trust Dr. Kono's expertise year after year.

I always have a great experience when I go to Dr Keller's office. From reception, the hygienists (Kelly is wonderful!), to my checks with Dr Keller, everyone is kind and very capable. I always leave smiling!
I travel from San Jose to see Dr. Keller and his staff because they are amazing. If you're there say hi to Deb in X-ray, Kelly the hygienist and Lucy in billing. They are all fantastic!
I really like my new hygienist, Coi. She's very efficient, polite and minimal conversation. Great teeth cleaning techniques.
