I've been a customer of Dr. Keller since I was a child in the 1970's. His team is very professional and my teeth and gums are better for it.
I've had excellent service since 1960.
Ruth my hygienist was great! It was the first time I had her - she was through but also was thoughtful about working around my sensitive areas. She gave me feedback about area to work. I saw Dr. Iverson (my doctor is usually Dr. Kono) - it seemed like they had to grab him. It seems like if you have a regular check up there should be a doctor assigned to you. Dr Keller is very skilled, and cares deeply for the comfort of his patients. He was careful to explain each part of the procedure so that I would know what to expect.
Don was sent around the corner to the endodentist for a root canal. Your office was left with the impression that the endodentist would finish the job, but on leaving Don was given a slip indicating that he would need to make an appointment with Dr. Kono to finish the job. Initially there seemed to be no way that I could convince the dental aide at your office that Dr. Kono would have to wrap up the job, and she insisted they must have been in error and there was no need for an appointment in the near future. Dr. Kono is the best Dentist I have ever had. And I am very old.
This is a superb dental practice with excellent dentists and associates. The office staff is very accommodating and the overall experience is as good as it gets
I believe that either Dr. Scott of your dental group or the oral surgeon that he sent me to made a bad calculation. My implant of about one year has failed and has come out leaveing a hole between my mouth and my sinuses. This has caused me some pain and discomfort to say the least. It seems that the dental group and the surgeon have conflicting ideas as to what happened. The dental group and the surgeon have left me feeling confused and abandoned.
