Excellent service - no complaints
Dr. Iverson and the staff at the front desk were so helpful - especially at a short notice. As a college student, finances and scheduling are always a problem, and they really helped me with finding a surgeon as soon as they could. Everyone was caring and understanding of my situation - not everyday a college student comes in during finals and needs her wisdom teeth checked before she goes abroad in a week!

Visit was uneventful, marked by the cheerfulness, positive attitude of staff
Dr. Keller fit me in 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday to assist me with my tooth problem. He was professional and provided treatment, advice and referral to an endodontist.
We have received very poor follow up after Katherine's appointment. She was informed she needs to have her wisdom teeth out. I called the office the same day to follow up and was assured somebody would call me back. Two days later nobody called me back and I spoke with somebody who had little to no information and started reading the chart and did not have any current information. I am surprised there was no follow up despite my outreach
I had the pleasure of having Maria do my dental hygiene work for the first time, and she was outstanding. I plan to return to her next time!
Palo Alto Dental Group goes above and beyond every expectation for me. Their new communication system of text and email is terrific, so I'm always aware of my appointments. I also have been having my teeth cleaned by Maria for more years than I can remember, and she's incredibly thorough, gentle, and so pleasant. Dr. Kono is also always a pleasure to see. He is so careful with every task and he always explains to me what he's doing before he ever takes a step. I couldn't be happier with my dental care.
Stella is great. Gentle, yet thorough.
