Dr. was on vacation. I was asked if I wanted someone else to fill in. I said if there was something that looked like I should see another dentist then I would which did not happen. I am pleased with the sevice and care and hygienist work and attention.
Dr. Keller and staff are Awesome!
My first visit was thoroughly excellent, however my most recent visit was not especially pleasant -- the hygienist doing the majority of the cleaning was simply too rough along the gum line (I noticed swelling along my front lower gums; something that has never happened to me before, and I have relatively healthy teeth and gums). I would come back to the clinic, but would most certainly prefer a different hygienist.
I have no insurance so I guess I would have liked to know how much those xrays were going to cost before I agreed to do them. I have a feeling I would have not done them if I had known (I still don't know). The hygienist who was very nice measured the gums pockets but no one told me did it look bad, or good, or what. i assume someone would have said bad if it were bad? But I realized after I left no one said anything about the measurements.
