I always prefer Stella as my hygienist. She is warm, professional, efficient and thorough. So glad she is part of the group.
None of my family or friends live near PA. Some of our fiends locally go to other dentists with one exception already goes to your dentists at our recommendation.
There was a wait/backup for xray.
Hygienist Kelly is excellent. I always enjoy seeing her despite the fact that I don't like any sort of dental work.
I always refer people to you. I've been going to Palo Alto Dental Group for almost 45 years! Excellent service, wonderful people. One thing I'd like to know or see changed: I'm asked to do X-rays every two years and I often defer--not wanting the X-ray itself due to excessive X-rays, but I also feel that with digital photos now used that the cost is very high considering the cost to the dental practice is low. Dr Bahl is so efficient, thorough, and professional.
All the staff were very friendly and professional. Office was immaculate.
Kelly, my dental assistant, is excellent and I am fortunate to be able to available myself of her skills and abilities.
Lucy was great. Was going to be late because of a traffic accident blocking road. Called Lucy and advised her of situation. Both Lucy and Dr. Bahl were extremely accommodating.
