I've been with the Palo Alto Dental Group for many years. Not sure of the date, but must have been around 1970. I shall continue to see Dr. Scott and Pam as long as I can make the 40 mile round trip from San Jose.
Annette was very nice to me and she has very good customer service.

I LOVE my dentist. And I'm not a huge fan of going. I have miserable sinus and so any work on my face is just so unpleasant for me. But she does what she can to accommodate me and my special situation. Which is much appreciated.
The care is top-notch at Palo Alto Dental Group, but the customer service and convenience really make the place stand out for me. It meets my needs perfectly: the office is organized, reminders are done by text and/or email, there are evening appointment times, etc. They really get a young professional audience. It feels GOOD to go to the denist!

I needed to change this appointment, but could not due to your practice's heavy booking. This had a significant impact on my work. I had to choose between my work and my health. I wish there had been another option.
