The use of text messages/email messages works great as a reminder of an appointment. Better than phone calls, etc.
Dr. Kono found a way to fix the tooth without excess cost. Assistant helpful. Would have liked more description of what was going on but i didn't ask for it.(mouth full at the time)
Can't say enough good things about Stella and her empathy. And Dr. Iverson's support and explanations since dental visits hereafter will be impacted by knee surgery in a couple days.

I received several appointment confirmations with different appointment times. I.e. 3:45, 4:00, and 4:15. I was told this was probably because I had to get X-rays done as well as a normal cleaning...but I still don't know what time my appointment was supposed to be. I do not have time to call and confirm. Please fix your confirmation system.
Everyone was top notch. it is always that way. Thank you.
