I liked the option of choosing what sort of brush and floss I might like to take home rather than just being handed a bag.
Dr. Keller and his staff are wonderful.
I had to wait for almost 30 minutes because there was some weird confusion with my appointment. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I think it was just an odd day. Great place all and all. I live in SF and I still come down to PA to get my teeth cleaned.
I have been coming here when Dr.Meinster was my dentist. Always great service. Dr.Kono is fabulous.
I was a bit surprised that the hygienist with which I was originally scheduled had been changed without my being notified. It would have been appropriate for you to let me know if my regular hygienist was unavailable.

Dr Keller is by far the best dentist I have been to. Can't say enough about how great he and his team are. In fact everyone at Palo Alto Dental is lovely.
I honestly cant think of any changes that could be made at the Palo Alto Dental Group. Everything aways goes smoothly as can be. And, I have been going there for over fifty years! I am so fortunate having Dr Keller, his assistant and my hygienist taking such excellent care of my teeth. A happy camper, Sally Roberts
