Please repair your back door entryway. I've used it many many times, but I tripped on Wednesday. As I was going to my appointment. I can 't lift the arm I fell on. Had to visit doctor because of the pain, and had an X-ray. Then, uPay for someone to wash my hair and miss a couple days of work. All because of my fall on that totally unexpected step behind the side door.

Desk personnel were very accommodating in changing my hygiene apt. from AM to P:M, due to a conflict in commitments. As always, my hygienist, Stella was thorough, showed knowledge in explaining my current dental hygiene condition and was very pleasant!
Palo Alto Dental Group is fantastic, professional and efficient....and has only been getting better over the last 18 years I've been going there.
