My first dentist was Dr. Parker. I had to leave for a few years because of my dental insurance. I returned and started with Dr.Kono. I have been with the Palo Dental Group a long time. If I did not value your service, I would notuse it.
I would like it if you guys could have my credit card on file and just process the charges, rather than sending me a paper bill and me having to remember to call it in. This is literally the only paper bill I receive anymore.
I've been coming to Palo Alto Dental Group for over 25 years. Always treated well and I go every 6 months to have a Bright Shiny smile.
I think that Dr. Kono and his assistant are kind, highly skilled and exceptional professionals.
Pam and Dr. Keller do a great job keeping my teeth looking and working great.
