I subleased my friend's lease & at first everything was going good but then there were issues with rent saying that it was paid & then it wasn't paid. I talked with management when they told me I didn't have to pay rent for the month & then the next day my account said I had to pay rent for that month so that threw me off. I've lived here from January to July & I can't wait to leave.

My daughter lived here for a year. Her refrigerator had a leak that never got fixed. They had to keep a towel in front of the refrigerator for the water on the floor. They pushed her to sign her new lease early in her second semester. She was unable to return to school in the fall and we paid the fees to break the lease. She was supposed to get a $150 gift card to resign her lease.
