The security gate NEVER works, the WiFi is terrible, and the cable is ridiculously staticy All of these things are supposed to be selling points of living there and charging tooo much in rent, so I think they should step it up some

I just moved Into the Reserves on 6 January 2017 And the carpet was despicable! I've been told for 3 weeks that my carpet would be cleaned and their has been no contact from the management to resolve the matter. I think is is very unprofessional of establishment to move residents into rooms that to not reciprocate the cleanliness of the display that they show potential clients before they move in! I will not be renewing my lease ...
The apartments are very spacious for the price. My bathroom is in my room! There is also 24 hour access to a computer lab, with free printing, and a gym. That definitely helps a lot with my schedule.
The reserves made my transition as a transfer so smooth, the staff is always available, the complex is always kept clean, and I get to live with all my friends in an apartment that came furnished. It was a solid decision to live here during my time at SIU.
Anybody looking to sub lease around December/January let me know ASAP.
