Absolutely the best place to live in Carbondale loved my time there
The Reserve is honestly one of the best student apartments to stay at in Carbondale. The staff has always been friendly and the manager works extremely hard to answer and address hundreds of questions/issues each day. Not everyone is able to realize how much hard work is put into making this place home for residents. Had alot of trouble with them putting me with my roommates I put down at the beginning of the year. But they made a compromise with us so that was good. Also I would have stayed another year but they were spiking up the prices to $499 for a 4bedroom plus electric, so I decided to not renew my lease. .... But I look now they have lowered the price even more then what I'm paying now to $459 ... If only they had did that earlier I would have stayed....
Only giving 4 stars because they don't straight up allow dogs and when I moved in I requested a bottom floor because I have a disability but it's not that big of a deal
