RecommendedThe Reserve has always felt like a safe, comfortable, and friendly community to me. I'm on my third year living here and I've always been happy with the place. It's far enough away from the rest of town to feel private and secluded, but close enough to be just a short drive away.
I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They will rope you in by telling you all the amenities that sets them apart from other apartments. For example, they advertise that they are the only gated community but I have lived here since August and the gate has only worked two nights. They also say they have a movie theater, but that too has been broken for the majority of the time I've been here; there is also no one that works here that knows how to work it so they will not help you. Amber, we are so sorry you feel this way. I understand your frustration as a consumer about the amenities. Unfortunately, every time we would fix the gate someone would drive into it. When occurrences like that keep happening we do our best to keep up, but it always required ordering and waiting on parts, which is what we did. We can't control when people are out of control and run into a closed gate. The movie theatre was down for a little while, but it did get fixed. Most of the amenities that draw you to the place never work, it’s just there for show honestly. The pool was closed majority of the summer, the movie theater never worked, majority of the computers in the lounge do not work (they’re always “undergoing maintenance”) also the printer has not worked in over a month. I have loved my stay at The Reserve at Saluki Pointe! The managers are very compassionate and helpful when you have an issue with the community. It has a lot of great amenities, and if you use them, you definitely get your money's worth. The apartments are significantly more spacious than others in the area, and each bedroom has its own bathroom! The community is located just outside the heart of the town, so it is quiet but still close to campus!
So glad I chose the Reserve at Saluki Pointe! The managers and CA’s are always so helpful, apartments are nice, the area is safe, and the roommate matching system is great! I love that they are pet friendly 🐶
