The parking is an issue. Plus the office should have an after hours to contact to address issues so that the management can send an email later. Most people work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Thats an oversight. Other than that no issues. But those are very important issues.
My move in experience was horrible. My apartment was not cleaned at all and the office confirmed the cleaning lady got fired so my apt was untouched. Trash food just a mess. My patio was covered in kids paint and arts and crafts and I have the pictures to prove this. I’ve had to clean piss from behind the toilet from the previous tenants. I’ve emailed and ask the corporate office to call me and no one has reached out. My floor is extremely unleveled and I’m extremely disappointed overall.
I have lived at Nob H*** apartments for about 18 years. For the most part I have been happy there, but their has been a steady decline in the apartments and management style for over five years and a steady increase in crime in and around the complex. We just terminated our recent lease after 3 years. other Our first apartment flooded, we had water on the floors for 18 hours before anyone came to clean up, carpet was not cleaned or replaced yet they did replace the padding. Our rent was increased $100 a month for 3 months because management failed to get us a lease. Then they moved us to an upgraded apartment and waived the fees. 30 days after I moved out of my apartment, Steadfast sent me an invoice which included rent and utilities for dates after the date I moved out and turned in the keys, as well as unspecified "damages." They did not return my deposit. I pointed out the incorrect dates and asked for details on the alleged damages, and I was told the invoice would be corrected and that I'd get more information about the damage. For the past few months any time I've tried to contact the leasing office, the phone rings until a message says, "this number has been temporarily disconnected." When I did finally get ahold of someone in the office, I was told they always answer unless they're with someone, otherwise it goes to voicemail, which is untrue. Their is no voicemail. Poor customer service, poor management. They do not care about the safety of the tenants. I have had ongoing problems since I moved in and have records of how many complaints I have put in on their portal. My water heater was not working and I was out of hot water on and off for 3 months. The service techs kept coming out and giving quick fixes. Not until I called the number on the water heater did anything get fixed. Since this company took over our apartment complex in GA, the services to residents have been unsatisfactory. Office staff constantly close the office early, or stay in the office while pretending that they are not available to the residents. The office staff are rude and they do not appear to have the professionalism to handle residents respectfully. Residents are becoming frustrated and are moving out.
