Went in through the ER. Shortness of breath, weak, rapid and fluttering heartbeat. After a quick EKG I was moved to a bed and seen by a doctor in just a few minutes. Everyone was polite and moved quickly while still explaining what was going on. I was admitted and sent to a room. Again, everyone was polite and informed me what was going on or answered my questions. I ended up having a cardioversion that was successful. Based on my experience, I would use this hospital again without hesitation.
Delivered my baby here earlier this week and was so grateful to have such a good support team in Labor & Delivery. From the day i arrived up until i left , my nursing team took real good care of me & my baby. I was skeptical to come here because of the things i hear but was glad that i did pick Research to deliver. Way better experience than when i had my son at Lakewood and i would recommend any mom to deliver there if they can ☺️☺️
My family doctor is from research and I’ve had him for 30 years, he has recommended many other doctor and specialist and had no problems with any of my doctors, had good service
Best place to work or receive medical care!
Dr. Neil and his team were wonderful. Before surgery they provided me warmed blankets, answered all my questions and were so kind while hooking me up and preparing me for the procedure. They didn’t rush me, they monitored me closely after surgery and made sure I was feeling well enough to go home. I had 2 discs replace in my cervical spine. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.
on May 1 2019 I was in a rollover accident and was ejected I was brought her and immediately had a emergency C-section staff had been wonderful to me and my beautiful Ava and I can never ask anything more. some staff may not like me because I'm banged up but I'm getting better thanks to the rehab and I can't wait for the day me and my beautiful girl get to go home. thank you research
The ER nurses are horrible!!! Went today 5/8/19 and the triage nurse on staff with the bottle black dyed hair was a complete nasty smart mouth b$tch! She was wrong, unprofessional, nasty and disrespectful on all levels. I was there on super bowl Sunday this year also and I encountered 3 other nurses with the same behavior. I think research may condone this behavior because those nurses acted that way without a care or fear. I will never return there for treatment for my family ever again.
