my mother has been in pain for 6 months. unable to walk from it. Now for second time for her to get a MRI to see what is going on we arrive to being told it can't been done to hospital lack of doing their job. Does any here here actually care about the patients?? This is ridiculous aren't you supposed to be professionals????
RecommendedI cut my hand on the table saw this weekend. I arrived at the emergency room and they got me a room and got to work making me comfortable and assessing my wound. Everyone was so nice and generous and pleasant. The nurses were beyond wonderful and appreciate everything they did for me. I’m sorry I don’t know their names. Research Medical Center Brookside is THE ABSOLUTE WORST !!!!! I was told “even if your fetus is dead there is nothing we can do so no need for a ultrasound “. SMH thank God I got a second opinion & my little bby is JUST FINE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

While ICU is good, and as a whole the rehab therapists are good, there are definite issues. Food services is incompetent, incapable of taking basic orders and on at least one occasion bring food the patient was allergic to. The doctors, particularly Dr. Leuder, are unresponsive to patients pain and injury complaints. Also, the medical staff resists explaining the nature of a patient’s injuries, and why they are following a give course of treatment.
