Recommended8 of us and one baby had a pre-wedding dinner at Republic. We had various adult beverages that were enjoyed immensely along with a cheese board and mussels. As one of our party said, “anyone can steam mussels, but the sauce was sop it up with bread delicious. Dinner was enjoyed by everyone...burger, mahi-mahi, Bronzino, short ribs, tomato soup, whole grain salad...we all had different tastes, but it was all equally enjoyed. And no even flinched that we had a baby with us!
🥗Republic offers delicious farm-to-table food in a welcoming environment. I have hosted several Meetup events in their back room and received excellent service with positive feedback from guests. The event manager, Catherine, is easy to work with and rolls with the fluctuating guest numbers that I can have. 🌈Republic proudly displays the LGBT Pride flag and Trans Pride flags up front and also make those of us in those groups feel right at home.
