Republic has quickly become one of my favorite places. Great food, great service, terrific ambience. I love the cocktails. But of everything I am particularly obsessed with the rice bowl. Try it, it will blow you away.
Parfait, excellent, personnel adorable
This is an interesting hangout for those who are on the artsy side. Think thrift store shoppers in the city. It's very loud and often crowded which might be an issue for some. The service is decent and the servers have a personality which makes it fun. The food isn't bad either. It has a comfortable old soul feeling.
