Horrible!!! The guy Chris that works at the location in Aurora, IL came to our house knocking viscously on our glass door! And rang the doorbell excessively! He was so disrespectful and very racist to my family. I feel he is not safe to be in this type of working facility and should be fired or sent to a further location, but if this is the type of people you want on your team I will no longer refer friends and colleagues to you all. Rent-A-Center is a rip off they don't like to keep their end of things when you buy expensive products like washing machines or expensive TVs if they break down and you have complications with it and it starts to be a big hassle they won't refund you your money and they won't fix things the way they supposed to be fixed they sell you junk and make you pay double then what it's worth just a horrible business to do business at would not recommend it for anybody a bunch of ripoffs

If you are looking for a "Lease to Own Company"...LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company is the worst, and I for one...will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! Also, this page requires that you provide a "Star Rating"...which is the reason that they get 1 Star from me...which i would rather Not give them any Stars!!!

I have many concerns of defamation of character with my experience as a PAST customer. Recently my husband rented a laptop which I still can't wrap around; how any customer can walk out with any merchandise and the conglomerate doesn't collect any form of payment or down payment. I don't know what was discussed nor have any interest in knowing because it has nothing to do with me, it was among the rep and or reps and spouse. This is the horrible company. payed off my account on the 6th, got a called today about a passed due amount. Th e lady on the phone called me unprofessional because i was upset that i keep getting calls. Asked to speak to a supervisor and she got on the phone and transferred me to Steven. Wow this dude pretty much told me i shouldn't talk to his associates like that and that my account was paid in full so leave it alone. WOW! This is the worse company I've ever seen , I called two months to find out an early buy out option because they're basically charging me a ridiculous interest rate , a couch that was 1400 turns into 3100 if you don't pay it off in 90 days which is ridiculous . But anyways I called they said $600 early but our two months ago , I call again today 6/29/21 and they told me my early buy out is $725 !!! They took 2 payments from my account and still have not receive a refund,everytime you called and ask for a manager they are never available....i tried several times to speak with a manager and can never get through....will not recommend this to anybody not even my worst enemy smh...

Acceptance Now uses false advertisements to lure customers and then drains them financially with hidden costs and fees written into multi year contracts without the customers knowledge or consent. I would compare it to a bait and switch. The bait is "no credit" required for purchases and biweekly payments spread over 12 weeks. Seems harmless right. The switch is once you sign, the company sticks you with multiple fees that inflates your purchase price to double or triple the amount. Ask what the fees are and no one seems to ... read more

We are beyond furious with the lack of customer service and professionalism shown by Bobbie W***** the Manager at the ************ Way location in Cincinnati Ohio. From the very beginning she signed us up for the protection waiver and extra costs that my husband said he didn't want (I was present for this conversation), when asked about it (approximately a month later when we noticed it) why she fradulently signed my husbands name to the paperwork she said "she didn't do ****, that the computer automatically does it".
