I rented a bed room set January 2021.. in April I got put on disability leave due to a high risk pregnancy which I delivered 3 weeks early with a NICU stay and myself being in the hospital for two additional weeks. I had spoken to a manager after they started harassing myself and my family. I told them the situation and the person told me they didn't care I was in the hospital, a family member needed to pay it or they were going to enter our home and take it. The manager at the Stillwater store should be fired. He has yelled and screamed at multiple customers. That is not a manager I will continue to spread knowledge to the local community until he is gone.

I DO NOT recommend this place! THEY LIED TO ME!! I got a couch from them because they gave me a ($100 off credit) for paying off my dryer as long as I got something that day. The couch was $450 + tax. When I asked him "so the couch will be $350 +tax with the $100 off?" He said "yes". I then stood right in front of this guy called my boyfriend and told him about it and we decided to go ahead and get it. This company came to my house 6 times harrased my 75 year old mom making threats all kinds of stuff because the person we rent a room to missed a payment they raised there voice to her tried to have her let them in the this ladies room threatened to call the landlord threatened legal action this company has crossed the line and deserves to be be shut down

If I could give Zero stars I would. The past 6 months I have had to endure the lying, harassing, employees at the Newnan and also their other manager from Union City. First off they dropped the couch at my front door and broke the recliner. Since they force you to take the insurance, You would think they would get it fixed. Ok we bought a washer, dryer, and (2) recliners at the Covington, Va location. We paid off the washer and dryer in full and told the manager we wanted to pay the recliners off as well but we would like the broken one fixed first, they came out beat it with a hammer it reclined once. Was sold a mattress that was a bare and switch in other words was sold a quality mattress and was delivered a lesser quality mattress and upon return of the mattress the company refused to refund my purchase
I've been harassed everyday they telling my children I'm going to jail they gave me a final price I paid it and still be harassed
