I don't even wanna give your local store here in buffalo ny on Seneca st very poor customer service and harassing us everyday when we were just approach our next payment and calls from all different numbers and texts us and calls a number that wasn't suppose to be on file and calls them and now this person is mad and harassing us I will reach out to local authorities I know detectives and the local news and calling your corporate office asap I'm so very angry and disappointed in your company never had this issue with old man... read more

Im pist off at the portorchard rent acenter bc i was a week behind they charge me late fee every day they say i oh 240 i no i dont so some one need to fix my acoount before i call copraite like i have before i like stacy i thought id give them anouther chance mabye im wrong i wont refure anyone to go there im upset

The stores in NC are the worse. They lie on times date and their communication is the worse. They do not care you work. They care that they lie so much all they have done is made excuses! As to why I was lied to. Why I have advised the manager one employee was not allowed at my home To pick up their items, she sent him anyways. Then he was sent away! Sad! I will file complaints with the local and higher ups. Poor service and lies is all you get

I went Louisville Kentucky has false advertisement they say they rent tires but they don't do it and online it says they do on their website so I would advise nobody to go to that store

This was a great company to purchase items from when their store manager was still in charge. I purchase a couple items from them and paid them off. Now they have an acting Manager named Myra who won't let me speak to the manager at all. She gives all kinds of excuses and then says she doesn't know when he'll be back. I recently encountered my first unethical experience with them. They delivered the refrigerator the delivery guy broke the door it was around thanksgiving and the begged me to keep it until after the holidays an I was promise a new refrigerator which I've been calling for two years and no response. There call center is out of United States and I asked can I speak to someone in Texas she claim that she was from Texas and said that Richard spoke to me and made the decision I was out of warranty and that he did not want to speak to me. I can't even explain how horrible this company is specifically the east spraugue location. The store manager is RUDE and hung up on me. I bought a $3500 washer and dryer they did not take the shipping bolts out of it and it does not properly drain in the electronic components are not working. I filled out a customer satisfaction survey gave them all zeros and he refuses to help me now contacted headquarters and still have not heard from anybody. Do not under any circumstances ever use Rent-A-Center

They should be closed down. BBB needs to launch an investigation into this company. They lie to customers about how much they owe and when they are due. They lie and say "the system will close their account" which the system does not do. They harass customers with repeated calls through personal cell phones, burner phone numbers etc when they cannot reach through the office number.
