These people literally start harassing you 1 day after your payment is due, sometimes the same exact day it is due. The have called my phone more than 8 times in one day, one of the items they are calling about has 3 payments left on it.Products are over priced and low quality at the same time. They changed my due date to the days I get paid without my authorization that alone is a problem. The guys busted my window out of my home! I am a single mother that lives alone with my 2children I was being bullied and violently harassed by 2 big men then the supervisor came which was about 350 pounds so then I had3meninmy face trying to say they didn't bust my window but luckily I had a neighbor over at the tie it took place so I have a witness! Very unprofessional. I called and made arrangements to pay a balance that was a week late and they continued to harass me with phone calls and coming to my home even after I made arrangements. They bang on the door like they are angry. The store manager texts me from her personal phone harassing me. I will never recommend anyone come here.

They are too expensive.charge double what purchase is worth. I had a problem with my dryer and posted a complaint with the BBB. Since then I have had a wonderful relationship with the store where I purchased it. They are truly trying to resolve the problem. So, I am giving them a 5star review because they are being very transparent with me and helping me with exchanging my dryer with a new dryer. So, definitely shop at Rent-A-Center!!! They are extremely great 👠👌!!!!!

This company has harassed my wife and myself - they have over charged us, lied about the interest rate that we were told we would pay. However, I noticed that the payments were not what we had agreed to. I advised them to pick up the product a year ago and they have refused and insist on us paying. This company has no morals!

They call you on the exact date the payment is due and everyday that you are late they call you it is border line harassment!!!! I'm always a couple days late but I always make my payments I have been dealing with them for 5 years now and it's time to quit it!!!!! They change my agreement from bi weekly to monthly without my knowledge so when I try to make the payment online it's asking for a whole month worth when it should be only bi weekly amount!!!! They suck bad!!!!
