Horrible customer service. Was lied to about what I would be paying for my rental agreement. When my sectional was dropped off the delivery person was extremely rude, called me **** stupid for not measuring the area it was going in but that it wasn't their **** problem and that we couldn't return it. Tried to get the weekly payment changed to what I was originally sold on which was 160$ a month but the manager there came up with 200-250$ a month because that's what it would be when you added up the weekly payments. I rented a ** from the rent a center in ***** **. Unfortunately due to losing my job of 8 years I was no longer able to pay for the *** I have been busy getting my oldest son to college qnd traveling back and forth. My youngest son was home he's 15 and the guy the manager from rent a center sent to pick up the tv was banging on my door so loud he scared the life out of my son. Rent A Center is the worse business ever!!! ********** ** rent a center is the absolute worst!!! They make it look like you're not paying you're stuff on time, then want to take you're stuff back because they didn't hold up their end of the deal they give you. They over charge and take you for a fool make it sound so good and then surprise you with hidden Xtra fees
They called me 2 days after bill talking about my account been canceled and need to pick up equipment and the guy on the phone hollering like I want pull up do not rent nothing from them a place full of garbage employees

Be ready to receive phone calls from these people until the end of time. I rented one thing, short term, and no intention of ever renting anything else ever again. Now a year later, they still called me multiple times a week at times, to "share a new promotion," to see if I would rent something else from them. I have requested MANY times not to receive anymore calls from them, and they just tell me they'll see what they can do but "they have no control over it." Fabulous.
Absolutely horrible business the one in ********** **** will blow you up for a payment but when you decide to switch to rent to own because they're cheaper they ignore calls. And are now a week late on the scheduled pickup ...had them show up and decided not to knock and just left. Have been transferred to 4 to 5 different managements. Complained to the district manager **** himself who was NO help. Said he'd call back with a resolution. Not sure what else I can do about their stuff just sitting here
