The finance department failed to call and get a payoff quote on my trade in. I found this out when I had called my old company about a warranty that I had cancelled and when I would be expecting my refund. It was then that they informed me I still had a balance owed on a vehicle I didn’t even own anymore. This has been the absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. I made an appointment a 8:00am on Friday to fix a brand new 3500 that has less than 3k miles. It had rattle in the passenger side door and factory defective cosmetic damage under the bedrail. The truck finally got looked at 4 days later. 6 days later the bedrail is still not fixed.
