This dealership is really a joke full of unprofessional people. Go to carson. It’s not really far and they are much more knowledgeable and professional. You will have a better experience than here. I brought my Escalade ESV 2018 to GMC reno because it was vibrating. They kept the car for a week there and did nothing on it. They returned the car in the night for me to not see that they have cracked my windshield screen. They refused to take a responsibility and they were aggressively offensive.
