We'be purchased quite a few vehicles over the past thirty years and must say, our experience at Reno Buick GMC was superb. Far above any experience at other dealerships. The first vehicle brought to us to test drive had an interior we didn't like so the young man made sure to find the interior we wanted! Whether it's sales or service, this place is great!! Nick in Service can handle anything that comes along, whether it's a routine warranty oil change or your vehicle has something more serious going on. Never knew buying a car could be such a pleasant experience!
I just bought my first new/used car from Preston today and it is the perfect car. My credit wasn't good enough for the car I wanted so Preston found me one that was still amazing. He was so patient and helpful and Michael, the guy I talked to about financing, help me get an even cheaper payment monthly. All I can say is.. overall it was a great experience and such great service! So thank you guys!
Thanks to the service dept for getting us in today. We were 6 hours into a thousand mile trip when the engine lite came on and we could smell gas. Called the Chevy garage and they said they couldn't get us in till next week. After explaining the situation to GM they said, no promises but we'll try. 4 hours later we were on our way. Our 2 cats appreciated it too! Thank you guys!
Signed up for the Costco buying program on line and they called within 5 minutes. Told them I was looking for a silver GMC Canyon, set up an appointment and met with Andrew. The truck was top of the line with more than I asked for. All the bells and whistles. Brett, the finance guy found us a better loan than what my credit union offered. It was a really good experience and we drove off with our new truck.
When you buy a car they treat you so nice but afterwards when they have to service it they treat you like crap. The service manager Jeremy is a liar and an idiot. We just needed a key programmed and we left it there all day. After work came to get it. Nothing had been done. And we told them we would have places to go, appointments to keep.
