These people are all about selling you vehicles. The salesmen will tell you anything to make the sale For example: There will always be a loaner available while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced, a lie. No attention to service after the sale in two years. We have given them every opportunity to be a reputable dealership and they continue to tell any lie necessary to keep us a customer. Well that ends today, Audi of Reno will be our next stop.
