I brought my terrain in due to stalling in cold weather issues. They gave me a loaner car, 2020 Buick Encore, to drive while my car was in the shop. The entire staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I was told after 2 days of it being in the shop that it was the transmission wiring harness. I got my receipt and no where on it does it say it was replaced. However, it does say that my axle seal was leaking and replaced and that i approved it. I knew nothing about it. 0 STARS So my girlfriend and I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. So we start with my girlfriends purchase; she finds a truck she likes and we do the paperwork and are told with no money down (down payment) we will need to pay this price. So we handle the finance part and agree to terms. No money down, vehicle trade-in, and asking price; so we thought. So comeback the next day to finish paperwork and get my vehicle. Super disappointed with my car buying experience here. When I left with the Yukon I had a lower interest rate with gm financial. A week or so later they call me with fake excitement saying they found another lender to con me into coming in. I came down and immediately saw the new contract had a higher interest rate, they put gap which I did not have AND MY LOAN WAS FOR A LONGER TERM. Don’t get me wrong we had great costumer service while doing all the paperwork and looking at my dream van that I absolutely fell in love with. Turns out it needed some work done and they are taking care of still not a problem. Well now almost 4 weeks later I still don’t have my van and no one calls us back when my husband and I call trying to get any kind of update on what’s going on or when I can pick up my van. I’m going to be paying my 1st car payment before I even have my car at this rate.

Greg in the fast service area is one of the worst attitudes. I would not have him represent my company. My truck was left unlocked outside and I also realized it was not washed as per request and stated it was to me. This is the last time I will come to this dealership for anything. I have bought 4 of the 6 vehicles in my lifetime and have spoke with several people about the services to multiple managers and feel That your company does not have a system to ensure that customer service is top not. Brought my 2015 Yukon Denali for transmission/engine light issue for the 3rd time and my service rep Tiana Snow was very helpful in assisting me with my service call but indicated the repair was not covered by the warranty. When we showed up on the day of service March 11th, she was out of the office but Kitt assisted us with our questions regarding the warranty.
