Excellent experience with this company from scheduling an estimate with Kevin Rossi to working with Lindsey and Sandy to the installation by John and Stan and follow through with Kim. I love my windows with the craftsmanship and attention to details during installation. John and Stan were excellent.. they took down my shades and put them back up. My husband was non weight Bearing and not able to help. They are great representatives for RBA Oof NEPA. I would highly recommend this company.
Renewal by Andersen just replaced my bow window with a bay window. From the initial contact with the sales rep, John H to the installation by Roscoe & Shawn, the process could not have been better. Everyone kept me updated on the process from the ordering to the installation . The quality of the product, the warranty and the fact that the installation work was done by the company’ Master Installers gave me piece of mind. All I can say is “I LOVE MY WINDOW”
We had our deck doors replaced in March. Great job, guys were terrific craftsmen and our house was left near and clean each day.
We had a bank of 8 windows replaced all across the front of our home in March and we are loving the clean view and opening them up to let the fresh spring air in (the previous windows were picture windows and didn't allow airflow). Overall we are thrilled -- the windows look great, they are easy to clean in an area where it's hard to clean from outside and the installation process was managed professionally!
Renewal by Anderson recently replaced my windows. Everyone I dealt with there was extremely professional & courteous. The quality of the product is exceptional and the work was beautifully done. They were prompt, kept me updated on each step of the process and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!
