Recently had three windows replaced and my sister and I were very pleased with everyone from salesman to follow up person. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and professional. The installers were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. How such two small men lifted the heavy picture window simply amazed us. We will be telling friends and family about the job well done.

We love our new patio front door which was installed 1yr ago. It is beautiful!! From the first day the rep came to our home to the final install, all went so smoothly. We will most definitely call RBA for our next project.

Our window was installed last year. It is great. We had a large picture window with side opening windows, which allows for a nice breeze thru our living room. We had nine RNB windows on our second floor replaced last June and we are very happy with them. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure from our initial consultation. The installers were efficient and friendly, went over the operation of the windows as much as we needed and did an excellent job of clean-up. Will not hesitate to have other windows replaced in the future!
After a few glitches were worked out, we have been enjoying our windows from RBA. We had trouble with the installer, but RBA made sure all the problems were fixed and even went above to make sure we were satisfied with the windows. Everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful and has always been willing to work with us to resolve the problems we initially had. Had four windows replaced in our 54 year old home. The front window leaked a lot of air, had broken seals, and made our front room like an oven in the summer and cold in the winter. The new window made an immediate difference. Without central air, our home is staying cooler with just the window ac units. The installation was very clean and there wasn't any debris or marks from the installation. New windows are awesome!
