From start to finish the RBAofNEPA team were truly professionals. Most importantly we were never under any pressure to buy. We were kept informed of the entire process. Had new windows installed late April. They never disturbed any of the interior window molding. Rasko and Justin did an awesome job! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
My new windows are perfect. They replaced 150 year old windows with no problems. The workmen were efficient, courteous, and cleaned up beautifully when they were done. All the staff (salesman, measurers, inspectors) were professional, on time, and there was no pressure. I love my new Anderson Windows!
Wonderful service every step of the way! From the first meeting with a sales associate until the final walk thru our concerns were their top priority. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and we did not have to worry about anything. The window quality is excellent and we are very pleased.
