It started with telling me their ETA, once they were here they covered everything to be sure not to get dust anywhere and cleaned everything up throughout the process. They were perfectionists...making sure the existing moldings could be reused, as well as everything lining up and looking as if it had always been here. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
