Jarek, Dima, Peter, Kris, Joe and Michael were terrific. They were attentive, fast working and highly skilled. The way they switched our windows was amazing. Everyone worked together seamlessly and everyone was super detailed. After a miscommunication with our sales person, Jarek and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the product. We appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you!
The two workers, Robea and Elvin were professional and they did a wonderful jobs in explaining what they were doing and how the windows work. The windows so far are making a difference in keeping out the cold air draft from entering through the upper floor.
Our sales rep Lisa Carr did a first class job educating and eventually selling us on her products, of which she was incredibly knowledgable. Shane, Jim and Ryan showed up earlier than scheduled and got to work right away. The were extremely professional and courteous and did meticulously great job. They finished sooner than expected, but were sure to go over everything about the windows with us. They made sure everything was cleaned up before pulling away. The new windows look great! I highly recommend them.

I believe in quality that's why I contacted Renewal by Andersen. My new windows have exceeded my expectations. I knew immediately that I was no longer heating & cooling the great outdoors. Vito & Jose arrived on time, did an amazing installation, insulated around the windows, cleaned up their mess and explained everything to use. We had six windows replaced today.The whole process was very smooth from the sales call by Paul, the gentleman who came to measure the windows and the excellent installation by the crew. Andrew, Joe and Shane. The people in the office let us know dates and times of the appointments and everyone arrived as promised. We are satisfied with Renewal by Anderson.
We had windows installed on 12/5/16, 6 in all which comprised two large window elements (one look), one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Our installation crew consisted of Joe, Jim and Andy, who exhibited great teamwork in getting a very complicated job done between arrival at 8:30 AM and departure at 2:30 PM. The whole process was fantastic. From Lou, the salesperson, to the crew (Slawek, Walter, Zigi, and Joe) everything was first rate. Lou was a real gentleman, no hard sell, and even sent flowers afterwards!. The installation crew took care of my home as if it were their own. They worked without a break, and did not leave until they had explained how the windows worked and cleaned up the house and yard until they looked better than they did when they arrived. This is my second time using Renewal. The windows are great. The company had to send out a second crew to repair and complete work left by the first crew on this job. Mirek and his son Matt were very experienced and professional. They resolved the situation and renewed my satisfaction with Renewal by Anderson. Although I gave the first crew a good review, Mirek was by far more experienced. Also, Francesca in the office was a optimal in having things fixed and completed and a pleasure to deal with.
