RecommendedEveryone I encountered with Renewal by Andersen of Detroit, from office staff, sales, and installation, were awesome. Bill and his install team were polite and professional. They cleaned as they worked, and my house was spotless when they left. They were great!

We contracted with Renewal by Anderson last year and spent $30k on windows. It was supposed to be a 2 day job. The crew rushed the job and finished in 1 day and left damages all over my house. They did come to repair everything, however a crew that rushed a large job like this is yet to be desired. I felt the crew were not carpenters by trade and not skilled. They were just day laborers. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The price of your windows is insane. No warranty on the screens they say uphold to everything? They want over 2k for one window and their warranty is crap. Go somewhere else for sure! Stay far away. FAR away
*Update-* If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I got a call from manager. He told me to send him pictures of the screens, I did, said he would call the next day. Never did. Upon looking at the screens I noticed rwo windows weren't flush and let him know. *crickets chirping* I'm so over this company.
