I just had 2 sliding glass doors replaced by Renewal by Anderson, and they did a fabulous job. Very courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm a very happy camper, and recommend them wholeheartedly.
This is our second time using Renewal by Andersen for replacement windows! Each time Shane and Jim were our installers. They are meticulous and extremely professional! I have a few more windows that need replacing and I will certainly be calling Andersen again!
We just had our first floor windows done by OWC the guys, Matt, Andy and Adam. They came on time, were very courteous and were extremely fast. Matt even took out his swiffer and cleaned the floor after they were done. We highly recommend them, and Anderson, for the high quality of their windows--
Excellent experience - from the sales call with Barry, to the scheduling and installation. The crew of Robert, Elvin and Robert Sr. were professional, efficient and courteous. Eric checked in prior to the appointment and along the way to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly. Wish I could give more than 5 stars and the windows are awesome (not more drafts!)
As a retired NYC Construction worker I am aware of the challenges some jobs can be. The installers you sent were impeccable they were here early and were ready to start on time, they removed all the old windows and removed all debris. They worked cleanly and was aware of their surroundings at all times while installing the new windows. it was important to them to finish the windows properly, and professionally, leaving the windows clean and finished.
