RecommendedYesterday while cleaning my windows I accidentally knocked the window out of the sash and couldn't get it closed. Called Andersen this morning. They were so wonderful. Sent Giovanni this morning on this day off no less and within 5 minutes he got the window back in place, cleaned it up where I scratched it and taught me how to open and close the windows for cleaning properly. THANKS so much.

RecommendedThe doors and windows are amazing. The installers ( Jeremy, Rick, and Adam ) do quick work, are very professional and keep everything tidy as they do there jobs. They left nothing out of place or in the yard when they where done.
Horrible Customer Service. Paid over $12,000 for a new sliding door. It wasn’t installed completely, no screen door & the trim was damaged. Waited 2 months for them to come back out and then they couldn’t fix it, they had the wrong pieces and said they’d be back the following week but didn’t show up. Now they say they’ll be back in 2 days, we’ll see They have wasted my time and I feel taken advantage of while I’ve paid a premium price for this door. Never do business with them again or recommend them !!!!!
My parents bought almost $30,000 worth of windows and the crew showed up to install them and didn't have all the windows. Now almost 2 weeks later no one has an answer on where the rest of their windows are. The salesman didn't even show up for the install as was promised and gave them very vague answers on the remainder of their product. We will not use them again.
