Great experience from the initial meeting with the sales consultant right through to installation! Constant communication and updates. The installer, Mike did a stellar job and took the time to explain the complete function of my new sliding door. Went above and beyond to make sure the door was aligned perfectly with our decking, replaced all the trim and just an all around friendly guy.
The windows are beautiful and the two men who did the installations were so pleasant! We are super happy! Thank you to Carey and Dimitry for an excellent job well done!
A great experience from the Sales Agent Doug to the install. So professional :0) My House was left in immaculate condition and the Windows are just Gorgeous !!! We had Thomas & Slawek and I can’t say enough about their professionalism....:0)

I had 8 windows and a sliding door installed today by Shawn and Mike they were highly professional. Having had replacement windows installed in by previous home and having worked with someone installing windows I can not say enough about Renewal by Andersen and the quality of their windows and how their employees install them. I had all 12 windows in my house replaced including three problem windows that took a lot of extra work. The whole experience was professional and well done. The installers (OWC team: Martin, Derek, Slavek) were courteous, patient, experienced, did an outstanding job that took many hours. I love my new windows, so glad I did this!!
