The installation team did a great job. All three windows were put in and they cleaned up in less than 4 hours.
Had my new Anderson Replacement Windows installed today & everything went as they said it would. Norbert, John & Paul did an excellent job; they were true professionals & Gentlemen. They treated my house as if it were theirs, kept me informed & clean everything before they left. The only thing left behind were the beautiful new windows.
Our 2 day 21 window, one door replacement by Anderson was a pleasure! The team of Mike, Peter, Martin & Mirek were impeccable -not only were they professional, knowledgeable, and precise about their craft, but they were polite, respectful of property and unbelievably accomodating. They made this dreaded undertaking seamless and a perfect experience. We love our windows and the heat they contain inside our house. It is a brave new wonderful world. Thanks also to salesrep Barry Metzger for the education.
Mr wojtek and his partner were very polite, informative and worked steadily from 9 to five. They were careful to cover everything and.left the 2 rooms, living room and dining room as if no one was ever there. Their expertise was amazing. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and did not push anything on my that I did not need. The technician measured the windows to perfection and also put in for a safety lock on a patio screen door. The installers arrived early, set up their drop clothes and began working. One installer put the lock on the screen door while the other started on the first window. Two windows replaced in under 2 hours. The only negative is the drop clothes smelled of smoke. Installation was as promised on time. Install team was excellent,professional, courteous, and fast. They left my home in better shape then before they arrived. I'm totally satisfied with the product and service. I would recommend Renewal by Anderson to everyone.
The installers arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up and was gone. Would recommend Renewal to a friend.
5 stars for the installation. Drew and Eric were prompt and took great care with the window intallation. They left the house clean and the new windows look great. Anderson is high quality and not cheap, but I feel they are worth it.
