Your installation team of Jim, John, and Ryan just left our home and we wanted to thank them for an excellent job! The men were courteous and professional. We were very pleased with their helpfulness when we ran into termite problems. They were informative and most cooperative in getting the job done right. We had a very large sliding door and a paladium-style window replaced and were happy to see the quality of the products compared to our old ones. They are beautiful! We recommend the product and the team!
We had windows replaced with Renewal by Anderson, everyone we dealt with we're professional. Day of instillation, Vito and Jose arrived on time. Introduced themselves and explained how they would be working thru out the day. Everything went smoothly, we are so pleased with the workmanship they provided. Cleaned up everything inside and out. We would highly recommend this team to other homeowners.
TJ D' Apolito (salesperson) was very helpful, gave details on the material and design for my choosing! Few weeks later the crew consisting of Robert, Elvin, and Chris showed up to my house, covered my rugs and furniture, and half a days work job was finished! They cleaned up the debris that was left behind and vacuumed the carpet! Windows look great! Great job guys!
I love my Renewal by Andersen windows. I love the look and the ease of cleaning them too. The installers were neat and clean and when they left my home you could not tell any work was done. I highly recommend this company.
