8 years ago we installed new windows with another company...sadly we had problems from day 1: cold drafts and high energy bills. After seeing several commercial about Renewal by Andersen, We called and had the pleasure of meeting Frank Flores, our sales rep. Frank is very experienced and knowledgeable about the product. We had a sliding glass door installed in our family room today by the GD crew Jim hairo and beni they arrived 10min before the scheduled time and were very nice and professional it took all of 2 hours from arrival to them leaving my driveway plus they cleaned up after and left the area cleaner then it was before they came!! I love the door it's high quality . We will definitely be getting our windows from you when we are ready. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Vito & Jose did an excellent job replacing our old (and badly leaking) patio door. The old door was badly out-of-square, perhaps due to subsidence, so we anticipated problems. Our installers made the problems vanish and left the room probably cleaner than they found it! The new door is beautiful and the service was outstanding!
Had to have a few windows replaced today. Andersen QA found a problem with some of the windows they had previously installed and sent a team to replace them. Thanks to Slawek and Tomes everything went well. They arrived on time, were polite and courteous, respected my property, everything was done quickly and cleaned whatever mess they made during the replacement process.
I am truly impressed with the products and the professional services provided by Andersen Window Renewal, the work was professionally done and the installers, Tomek and Slavek were excellent and professional, if there were a rating as high as 10 then that would be the rating that I wou5give Renewal by Andersen, and I will be using them again.

We had two windows installed this morning. The installers, Robert and Elvin we very professional and meticulous. They did an awesome job. I was impressed how quickly they installed the windows and how neat and efficient. I will recommend Andersen to my friends and neighbors. I am very happy with my windows.
