Do not mislead customer. I requested 2 sets of 3 windows each be placed side by side, I was talked into 2 large sliding windows which do not allow the same airflow, it is not. I wanted double hung windows that I could tilt in for cleaning, these have to be lifted out by someone extremely strong to be cleaned. The small window for my bedroom was supposed to be a canopy window, the ones I had seen opened all the way up, this one they installed only opens maybe a 5th of the way. I am so very disappointed.

I am very pleased with the entire process! Very professional from the beginning to end! The guys that did the work were very helpful and did a great job also! Great customer service all of the way around!!! I highly recommend! 😁

We purchased a sliding deck door with blinds between the panes of glass. We were very pleased with the quality of this door. The installers were excellent. They were careful not to damage the floor or walls in the work area. When they finished, they cleaned the work area. You'd never know a work crew was here all day.

The crew did an amazing job replacing the doors and windows in our 70 year old home. They went above and beyond, even working through rain showers, to complete the job on time. Highly recommend them for any replacement doors/windows, they do a great job!

First off let me say that I didn't make a purchase with Renewal by Andersen, so this isn't a review of their products or installation/customer service. The reason I don't recommend them is because of the experience I had with the in home consultation/quote. First issue is they wouldn't come out unless my wife and I were there. I feel this is part of their sales "pitch". Easier to get us to agree to quote after they advised how much we could save if we signed today. This is where I have the 2nd issue. I love my windows and, especially, my patio door. The two young men who installed them were excellent and very knowledgable. They were able to answer my questions and did good quick work and even cleaned up! This is a company who knows their stuff!

Everyone we encountered was very knowledgeable and engaging from the salesman to installation. Our only hiccup was expecting installation but product had not arrived from the factory. The calls from the office were great too. We even got. Cookies with a nice thank you.
